Our ebooks are digital products delivered as PDF downloads immediately after purchase. You can download your files from the confirmation page as soon as your payment is approved.

If you have a problem with your purchase or would like to request a refund, please contact our support team. Every request is reviewed individually.

To help us assist you faster, include the email address you used at checkout and the date of your purchase.

If you cannot download your files or something looks wrong with them, contact support and we will make sure you get your ebooks.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
